There are generally six lead ports for front-end detectors: power + (generally marked as +), power-(generally marked as -), alarm signal normally closed output (generally marked as NC or ALARM), alarm signal common end (generally marked as It is C or ALARM) and two dismantling signal output ports (usually marked as T or TAMPER), we can achieve different tamper-proof functions and alarm effects through different wiring and resistance matching.
 
1. No tamper-proof wiring
If the anti-dismantling function of the detector is not enabled, the alarm system cannot detect whether the detector is damaged. This way of wiring does not have a separate anti-dismantle zone or anti-dismantle setting on the alarm host, and the signal wire of the detector only needs four cores. The wiring method is the simplest and most reliable, but the safety is poor. In this wiring mode, the alarm host can only sense whether the detector is triggered by an alarm, but cannot detect other things such as the lid is opened and the line is broken (when the line is short-circuited, the alarm system still considers the detector to work normally, and when If the line is cut or the detector loses power, the alarm system considers that an alarm has occurred).
 
2. Wiring of separate anti-dismantling zone
The anti-dismantling port signal of the detector is specially connected to the special anti-dismantling zone of the alarm host. The wiring of this method is reliable and simple. The anti-dismantling zone of the alarm host can be individually programmed to achieve the equipment and line anti-dismantling. Because additional wires are needed to transmit tamper-evident signals, the wire selection of the detector must be more than six cores. In this wiring mode, when the detector box cover is opened, the circuit is cut or the detector loses power, no matter whether the alarm system is in the armed state or not, the anti-dismantling zone corresponding to the alarm host will be triggered to send an alarm of the device being dismantled , But this method will not trigger an alarm when the detector tamper interface or line is short-circuited, which has certain limitations.
 
3. Wiring of single wire end resistance
This wiring method has basic equipment tamper identification, and there is no need to set a separate tamper defense zone on the alarm host. The signal wire of the detector also only needs four cores, and only the defense zone corresponding to the detector is set to the single-line end. Defense zone. In this connection mode, the alarm host judges which kind of alarm the alarm situation is by outputting different resistance values ​​for different states of the detector signal line.
4. Double wire end resistance
This wiring method has the strongest equipment tamper identification, and there is no need to set a separate tamper defense zone on the alarm host. The signal wire of the detector also only needs four cores. You only need to set the defense zone corresponding to the detector to dual Resistance zone at the end of the line. In this connection mode, the alarm host judges which kind of alarm the alarm situation is by outputting different resistance values ​​for different states of the detector signal line.
